By creating an account or using Darumi ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Darumi is operated by Darumi ("we", "us").
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to promptly update it if it changes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) use the Service to store or transmit malicious code; or (e) use automated means to access the Service without our permission.
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and process Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not sell Your Content to third parties.
The Service uses third-party providers to deliver functionality, including OpenAI (product data enrichment), Stripe (payment processing), and Resend (email delivery). Your use of the Service is also subject to these providers' terms. See our Privacy Policy for details on data shared with third parties.
Certain features require a paid subscription. Billing is handled by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, we will remove your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may terminate your account for violation of these Terms with reasonable notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
